Shipping policy

All orders have a standard lead time of 2 weeks from order date before orders will be shipped or are available for pick-up. Most orders will be ready within that window, though on occasion, some orders may be affected by unforeseen delays. In those instances, a representative will contact the customer to convey those delays to help ensure the customer is aware of the situation.

Shipping charges are based upon delivery location and the specific delivery service selected by the customer as well as the size and weight of the package.
