Refund policy

Custom items are non-refundable. All refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt. Customers have up to 14-days to request a refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if requested more than 14-days after receipt of item. Items must be in original condition. If you believe there is a manufacturer's defect, please contact Oddly Creative within 5-days of receipt of item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be given in the form of original payment method.
